Our popular cook-along sessions are back for 2021!
After a successful pilot during Forth Valley Food Festival last October, we have secured funding from Scotland Loves Local to run three more online sessions this year; with free ingredient packs for locals joining in at home.
30 families took part in the first session on Tuesday 20 April, when chef Sara MacMillan from The Kitchen at 44 King Street (pictured right) and our Head Gardener Kate White whipped up a New Potato and Chickpea Curry.
The next session will take place live on Facebook on Wednesday 19 May at 4pm, when Sara and Kate will be demonstrating how to make Mushroom Stroganoff.
The first 30 local participants to register will receive a free ingredient pack delivered to their door (you must live within 5-mile radius of Bannockburn House). To request a pack email: [email protected]
A recipe card will also be emailed out to anyone living further afield who wants to join in for free, detailing the ingredients and any utensils required.
